Purchase through the website paolabassan.com occurs :

• By cart, with registration through the relevant form.
• Invoices must be requested at the time of ordering on the Checkout page by writing in the appropriate field "Additional information"  order notes: invoice needed.

E-patterns (Digital Patterns)

All the patterns for sale on the website are in digital format.e-pattern), this means not It will be shipped nothing physical but, once the payment has been made, the file can be downloaded in PDF format.  

• The download of the E-pattern with payment through PayPal will be immediate.
• With bank transfer payment, the E-pattern will be sent via email once payment is received and confirmed.

If you need the Pattern in paper format, write to  info@paolabassan.comBy specifying the Pattern number, your address, and your payment method, I will contact you as soon as possible indicating the shipping costs, the total amount to pay, and the delivery times.

Wooden articles 100% handmade, hand-painted and customizable

Once payment is received and confirmed, your order will be shipped via Courier and shipping costs will be calculated automatically when you access the Cart (Checkout).

All products in the 100% HandMade area.NOTI am ready for delivery (unless otherwise specified). They are painted to order, with advance payment and generally have a production time of 15 days plus shipping. In some periods  pre-Christmas from November to December, or before and after Ferragosto) or any dates with our participation in Sector Fairs, it may take a few extra days. So if you have a deadline mandatory (gift, celebration, party, event...), è important to let us know in advance to place the order.
